Exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
All pieces from the collection purchased at regular list price or via bank transfer are eligible for exchange or refund.

Procedure
All requests are subject to approval by our Customer Support team.

2 clear, close-up photos of the product
Once approved, items must be shipped within 7 days.
Products must be securely packaged with all original packaging, inside a completely sealed outer box.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Nikkō is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen return packages.
For approved exchanges, a store credit will be issued for immediate use toward a new purchase. The credit will be valid for 30 days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 business days.
